The name wABC stands for windows Advanced Bitrate Calculator. wABC applicxation was designed to be a bitrate calculator with space and quality criterias, aspect ratio, size multiples, multiple streams, bitrate percentual distribution, Video Quality index-based scaling, container support (AVI, OGM, MKV) and more. wABC2 needs the included Microsoft VisualBasic 6 Runtime libraries to be installed.
Programming Language: Visual Basic 6
Windows NT 4, 2000, XP
Windows 98, ME
This program is for the long term residents in the City of Hialeah. This would have to be done to save the water. If the Hialeah officials really want to save the water, they should also try to reduce the amount of waste in the waste water. A minimal reduction in the waste water would be the biggest economical savior, especially when talking about the City of Hialeah.

Windows Audio Bitrate Calculator (Windows API, wABC) is a user-friendly audio bitrate calculator. wABC is suitable for calculating bitrates of single or multiple streams (video or audio), with the help of WAV files, and the knowledge of their bitrates. It also allows calculation of different quality bitrates. wABC supports containers like AVI, OGM, MKV and more. wABC is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012. wABC supports multiple streams in the same container (for example two audio streams in one MKV file).

wABC is a bitrate calculator for Windows. It shows you how many KB/s you can encode your file for a given bitrate. wABC can calculate bitrate percentages for any size for a wide variety of containers, as well as the key video quality indexes (VQI).
wABC is a Microsoft Windows application, for Windows 8 (and higher) using.NET Framework 4.5 and later.
wABC can also calculate bitrates of audio streams.
Supported Windows OS:
Windows 7 and higher
