The product was originally designed to provide a technique for drawing 2D and 3D models in a series of plotter-based drawings. AutoCAD supports both vector and raster-based data. Endoscopic dilation of bronchial strictures.
Dilation of bronchial strictures was performed in 20 patients with varying degrees of obstruction. The technique involves the introduction of a double-lumen endoscope with the distal tip at the level of the stenosis. A fibroscope is then passed through the lumen of the endoscope into the distal airways and dilated.
