AutoCAD For Windows [Latest]

The AutoCAD drafting program is specifically designed for architectural, mechanical, and civil engineering design. In addition to basic drawing tools, the application has functionality for creating plans, sections, views, 3D models, drawings, and documentation and schedules. More than two dozen types of line, text, and image objects can be created and inserted into the drawing.

The following is a list of five tutorials that give an overview of AutoCAD basics, techniques, and functions. These five tutorials cover AutoCAD for drafting, creating linework, editing drawings, organizing drawings, and annotating drawings. The tutorials offer step-by-step instructions that you can use to quickly accomplish your own tasks. (More AutoCAD tutorials are available for viewing and download at

AutoCAD Basics (Basic Functionality)

This tutorial will introduce you to the AutoCAD application and some of the basic drawing functions you can use to create and edit drawings. The tutorial explains how to select objects and how to move, rotate, scale, and trim drawings.

Newer versions of AutoCAD Torrent Download, starting with AutoCAD For Windows 10 Crack 2010, introduced a service application programming interface (SAP) based on Microsoft’s Component Object Model (COM). AutoCAD 2010, starting with release 50 and later versions, features an architecture called the Application Program Interface (API).

AutoCAD Architecture
The architecture consists of three main layers, the conceptual model layer, the presentation layer, and the low-level API layer. Each layer has one or more implementations.

Conceptual model
The conceptual model layer, or conceptual model (CM), provides a system-level programming interface that allows developers to access the various types of data within AutoCAD through an application programming interface (API). The conceptual model contains all the user interface design and functionality of AutoCAD and any other features a developer might require. The conceptual model is created at design time by the conceptual modeler in the program.

The conceptual modeler uses a number of XML-based definition files to define the structure of the objects in the conceptual model, how they fit together, how they are organized within the drawing, and how they are interconnected. These files are created using a definition-authoring tool.

The conceptual modeler uses a model editor to organize the data in the conceptual model. The model editor allows the creation of models from scratch, or the modification of existing models. All objects are represented in the conceptual model as data of three types:
Objects — represent objects, which are entities in the drawing.
Attributes — contain information about the objects.
Relations — describe how objects are related to other objects.

The conceptual model also contains a description of the current state of the drawing. The purpose of the conceptual model is to provide a platform for the presentation layer and the low-level API layer. In the conceptual model, the objects and their attributes may be represented in a number of ways, including native AutoCAD objects, XML definitions, the ObjectARX format, and a COM interface definition.

Presentation layer
The presentation layer is the user interface of the drawing environment, including menus, dialog boxes, toolbars, ribbon tabs, control bars, and the command line. The presentation layer is created and controlled through API calls. The presentation layer is completely customizable and extensible. It allows developers to create their own user interface controls and layouts to display data within the drawing environment.

The presentation layer is developed in the program by the layout developer using Visual Studio, Visual LIS
