Over the past few weeks we’ve been working to create an easy-to-read, easy-to-use site that highlights the new rates and terms, as well as addresses all the questions we’ve received. We’ve removed the parts that were outdated and are now in a permanent and dynamic place, meaning that the rates and terms will be automatically updated in the event that there are rate changes. When are the new rates and terms coming into effect?
Effective June 15, 2013. This is the same date as our new RTO graduation rate calculation.
Will the new rates and terms affect my ability to make changes or cancel my enrollment?
No. The new rates and terms are for new students only. All you need to do is log into ATS and you’ll see that the changes are already in effect.
Will my credit card information be secure?
Yes. We’ve made a number of changes that should ensure your information is secure. The information you supply for your registration will be sent only to ATS, and your information will not be stored in our servers.
We’ve also worked to make our own servers more secure. At this time, we don’t know of any instances where our system has been compromised.
Why did we change the rates and terms?
The rate and terms we’ve just introduced reflect the changes we’ve made to our rates over the past several years. We have significantly increased our resources and will continue to do so. We also have an RTO on the horizon, and as we know, the RTO graduation rate is directly tied to our tuition and fees, and we’re happy to be able to offer our students the opportunity to participate in this important process.
